Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following policy. By booking, you authorize Lux Beauty to charge your card on file for any fees incurred.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
•48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
•24 Hours or Less: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours (or "Same Day") will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
•The 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are running late, please text me. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting the next client. If cancelled, the full service fee applies.
•No-Shows: Failure to show up without any notice will result in a 100% charge.
Payment & Future Bookings
If a card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.
We understand that life happens! While this policy is strictly enforced to protect my livelihood, please reach out as soon as possible if you have an extreme emergency.
Política de Cancelación y No-Asistencia (No-Show)
Para asegurar que pueda brindar el mejor servicio a todos mis clientes, le pido amablemente que respete la siguiente política. Al reservar, usted autoriza a Lux Beauty a realizar cargos a la tarjeta registrada por cualquier tarifa incurrida.
Cancelaciones y Reprogramación
• Aviso de 48 horas: Las cancelaciones o cambios realizados con menos de 48 horas de antelación tendrán un cargo del 50% del valor del servicio.
• 24 horas o menos: Las cancelaciones o cambios realizados dentro de las 24 horas previas (o el mismo día) tendrán un cargo del 100% del valor del servicio.
Llegadas Tardías y No-Asistencia
• Periodo de gracia de 15 minutos: Si prevé que llegará tarde, por favor envíeme un mensaje de texto. Las llegadas con más de 15 minutos de retraso pueden ser acortadas o canceladas para no afectar al siguiente cliente. En caso de cancelación, se aplicará el cargo total del servicio.
• No-Asistencia (No-Show): El no presentarse a su cita sin previo aviso resultará en un cargo del 100%.
Pagos y Reservas Futuras
Si la tarjeta registrada es rechazada, el saldo pendiente deberá ser liquidado en su totalidad antes de poder programar cualquier cita futura.
Entendemos que surgen imprevistos aunque esta política se aplica estrictamente para proteger mi sustento, por favor comuníquese conmigo lo antes posible si tiene una emergencia extrema.
